What is emotional coaching
 
Coaching is a personalized support seeking to improve your skills and your performance to enable you to achieve your objectives Coaching allows you to find your own solution, that is to say, the one best suited to your abilities, or to your situation. In coaching, the guide
  is at your side, not in a position of guide who gives advice but in a position of listening and providing tools to enable you to manage the situation yourself.

Emotional coaching aims to accompany you from the situation in which you find yourself to the one in which you really want to live. Emotional coaching helps you to become aware of your talents and skills according to your deep motivations and helps you to eliminate your negative emotions and your anchored fears resulting from difficult personal experiences.

Emotional coaching may be needed when:
• Lack of motivation
• Different difficulties to overcome
• Stress, anxiety, fears that prevent you from moving forward
• Situation of professional or family exhaustion
• Inability to progress professionally
• For the realization of a project
• Need to see clearly

What coaching tools are used?

• Encouragement and helps to regain motivation

How a coaching session  does it take place?


The session begins with a moment when you freely express your experience, your concerns, your needs, your emotions, your desires, then by answering key questions, it is possible to deepen to discern, and develop a program for the realization of your goals. Then, a follow-up time is set up to accompany you in all the stages of this program. The session lasts an hour and a half,  you can follow  as many sessions as you wish according to your  needs.
